Hi I am Cheryl Watts
Frontend Developer, based in Perth.
Hi, I am Cheryl, I am a Systems Engineering Manager for Canva. I
have worked with technology teams for many many years yet I have
never learnt to code! So last year I decided to change that and
took it upon myself to learn some coding fundamentals.
Working full time, and being a mum of 2 young boys I dont have
much free time, so the SheCodes format really helped me fit it
into my work life schedule as well as provide structured modules
plus weekly homework to keep me accountable. I have enjoyed my
journey so far, and its intersting to see that some of it is
really sinking in now I have been coding for over 12 months!
I hope you enjoy looking at some of my projects as much as I
enjoyed making them.
